Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving customers in person or via phone or digital channels, and providing the necessary information about rental services and offers
- Preparing car rental contracts and ensuring their compliance with approved policies and procedures
- Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolving them as quickly as possible
- Follow up on reservations and ensure the availability of the required vehicles according to the customer’s specifications
- Coordination with maintenance and operation departments to prepare and deliver vehicles on time
- Providing promotions and additional services to customers to increase sales
- Accurately entering and updating customer data into the company’s systems
- Adherence to quality standards, customer service and company policies
- Preparing periodic reports on customer feedback and their level of satisfaction and submitting them to management
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the car rental or hospitality sector
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred
