Tasks and responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a smile and a courteous greeting
- Accurately registering orders in the POS system
- Receiving cash or online payments and issuing invoices
- Maintaining the security of the fund and matching daily revenues
- Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure quick processing of orders
- Respond to customer inquiries tactfully, and resolve minor comments
- Implementing the company's financial and service policies and procedures
- Delivery of daily custody according to approved procedures
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma
Previous experience in the same field is preferred
Ability to deal with point of sale systems (POS)
Ability to deal with pressure
Language requirements:
English-good
