Tasks and responsibilities:
- Creating professional posts that include: writing content, preparing texts, choosing photos and videos, and designing posts)
- Creating creative ideas and creating content (filming - writing - simple montage), following up on the progress of projects and submitting periodic reports
- Managing sponsored ads (TikTok Ads - Meta Ads), preparing campaigns, identifying the audience, monitoring and improving the results
- Follow trends and apply appropriate ones
- Analyzing the performance of accounts and advertisements and preparing periodic reports
- Coordination with photographers and designers as needed
- Covering company events and occasions
- Managing and updating the company’s website: uploading projects, updating content, following up on inquiries, and ensuring the quality of the site’s appearance
Requirements:
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in one of the following specializations or its equivalent: (Marketing - Media - Business Administration - Design or Digital Media)
Strong experience in Adobe After Effects & Premiere. Knowledge of managing and updating websites
Strong experience in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop – Illustrator – After Effects – Adobe Premiere Pro)
Experience in managing sponsored ads
Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred
At least one year of experience in managing social media platforms
Strong skill in designing and creating posts
Proficiency in creating content and dealing with publishing tools
A tactful, organized, creative personality who can handle work pressure
