Tasks and responsibilities:
- Presenting offers and ERP systems to potential customers in a professional manner that demonstrates the benefits
- Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and exploring expansion opportunities with them
- Follow the market and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Preparing quotes, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Coordination with marketing and technical support teams to ensure an integrated customer experience
- Providing periodic reports on performance and sales forecasts to management
Requirements:
Master's degree in the same field
At least 7 years of experience
Previous experience in sales of technical systems or ERP systems and their functions
Excellent organization and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up techniques
Ability to understand customer needs and transform them into technical solutions
Professional presentation and presentation skills
High skills in negotiation, communication and relationship building
Ability to work within a team and achieve specific goals
