Tasks and responsibilities:
- Marketing real estate, residential and commercial projects in innovative ways
- Communicating with potential customers, following them up and referring them to the sales department
- Implementing marketing campaigns and participating in real estate exhibitions and events
- Follow the movement of the real estate market and analyze competitors
- Preparing brief reports on the performance and results of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or any related field
Previous experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
Good knowledge of the basics of digital marketing and social media
High communication and marketing skills
The ability to persuade and build long-term relationships with clients
The skill of organizing time, working under pressure, and achieving goals
