Job description:
- An actress or customer service representative is required to work from home (remotely)

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Solve problems and follow up on requests until they are completely closed
- Recording observations and complaints accurately in the system
- Transferring cases that require escalation to the relevant department
- Adherence to company policies and customer service quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred (not mandatory)
  • Availability of a device (computer or mobile) and a stable 24-hour internet connection
  • Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Excellent communication skills and tact in speaking
  • Commitment and speed of response
Employment type:

Salary Range: 2,500 S.R.
