Tasks and responsibilities:
- Complete supervision of the operation and management of restaurant branches
- Ensuring the application of quality and food safety standards
- Managing work teams and developing their performance
- Follow up on sales and costs and achieve operational goals
- Study the local market and competitors and suggest development and growth opportunities
- Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the availability of necessary materials
Requirements:
Previous experience managing quick service restaurants
Good knowledge of local markets, especially Riyadh market
High leadership and organizational skills
