- Introducing customers to the brand and services provided by the company in the real estate field
- Collecting information and data about competitors, analyzing their prices, sales, marketing methods, analyzing market conditions or trends, customer requests, and potential factors affecting the purchasing process.
- Conducting marketing research to find out consumer requirements, behaviors, and trends regarding the real estate services provided by the company, such as real estate property management, real estate auctions, and real estate sales.
- Preparing reports and results to develop the company’s sales and marketing services
- Follow up on measuring and evaluating customer satisfaction and responses on platforms and issuing reports based on marketing indicators and standards
- Marketing planning for important and well-known annual events and occasions
- Covering all electronic and external real estate events and auctions
- Coordination and follow-up with the various departments and departments, such as designs, until receiving the final output, such as: (montage, photography, videos, daily posts, billboards or printed products, gifts)
- Management, implementation and follow-up of all marketing campaigns on all platforms (Tiktok, Google ads, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, meta, linkedin, X) and all promotional platforms
- Establishing a customer base in accordance with the company’s policy and activity
- Follow up and develop the website, including and updating content, posts and videos on a daily basis, and prepare weekly reports and submit them to management
- Implementing SMS text messages and WhatsApp messages
