• Daily supervision of the operation of the crusher and following up on the progress of production operations
• Ensure that production plans and required quantities are achieved according to the approved schedule
• Monitoring the quality of the resulting materials and ensuring their compliance with technical specifications
• Follow up on the performance of workers and operators and distribute tasks to them
• Commitment to implementing occupational safety and health systems within the work site
• Immediately report any technical malfunctions or operational risks
• Coordination with the maintenance department to ensure regular maintenance of equipment
• Preparing daily reports on production, breakdowns and operating hours
• Controlling fuel and spare parts consumption and reducing waste
• Training new workers on safe operating procedures
• Ensure that the crusher site is clean and organized
• Adherence to management instructions and approved policies
Requirements:
Previous experience operating or supervising crushers or building materials factories. Knowledge of occupational safety systems
