• Receiving and welcoming customers
• Provide comprehensive information about the products (features, uses, prices)
• Respond to customer inquiries effectively and professionally
• Supervising the compatibility of inventory with the products offered
• Implementing return and exchange procedures according to approved policies
• Informing customers about current promotions and discounts
• Providing periodic reports on customer feedback to the direct manager

• Preparing and submitting the branch’s financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of the amounts entered

Requirements:
Good understanding of retail basics
Knowledge of consumer behaviors and ways to deal with them
Excellent communication skills and building relationships with clients
