Job Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of human resources management tasks and the development and implementation of human resources policies
• Managing employee relations and dealing with all inquiries and requests
• Follow up and evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans
• Ensure full compliance with the Saudi labor system and regulatory regulations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in (Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent
Strong practical experience in human resources and in the field of operation, maintenance and contracting companies
High leadership skills and a distinguished ability to communicate and deal with the work team
Full knowledge of the Saudi labor system and its updates
