• Receiving landlord and tenant inquiries (phone - WhatsApp - in person)
• Recording complaints and requests and following them up with the relevant departments
• Coordinating maintenance work and informing concerned parties of developments
• Follow up and renew contracts in coordination with management
• Updating customer and real estate data in the system
• Preparing periodic reports on complaints and completion rates
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management
Ability to negotiate and persuade
Proficiency in using computers and property management systems
