Job Description (Tasks and Responsibilities):
- Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and scheduling work for senior management
- Preparing and coordinating all types of official correspondence according to the approved formats
- Receiving calls and visitors and coordinating communication channels with internal and external parties
- Preparing minutes of meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on the implementation of recommendations
- Preserving and archiving files and documents electronically and on paper in accordance with confidentiality and organization standards
- Preparing periodic reports and presentations as directed by management
- Follow up on administrative transactions and ensure their completion within specified timelines
- Coordination with different departments and divisions to ensure business integration
- Organizing travel arrangements, reservations and hospitality when needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and directing it to the competent authorities
- Full commitment to the confidentiality of management information and data
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by senior management within the scope of work
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of electronic correspondence
