General Description:
- Responsible for receiving customer inquiries and answering their calls and messages professionally, solving problems or referring them to the relevant department accurately and quickly, following up on the status of the order until it is closed, and ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction with the experience.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
- Analyzing the customer’s problem and providing the appropriate solution or referring it to the correct department clearly and organized
- Follow up on the status of the request with the internal departments and ensure that it is completely resolved
- Proactive communication with the customer to inform him of the status of his order until the processing is completed
- Accurately document notes and comments to ensure quality service and improve the experience
- Maintaining a sophisticated and professional style that represents the company’s identity
- Commitment to working hours and discipline in handing over tasks
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
High ability to work with discipline and professionalism
Quick understanding of the problem, analysis and directing it to the appropriate party
Ability to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
Withstand work pressure and work with an initiative spirit
