Essential tasks and responsibilities:
Leading the creative and artistic direction:
• Developing and developing the visual vision for advertising campaigns and creative projects
• Ensure artistic deliverables align with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Supervising the quality of ideas and designs before approving them
Design team management:
• Leading the design team, distributing tasks, and following up on implementation
• Oversee team adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Providing technical guidance and continuous feedback to develop the level of performance
Developing creative ideas and outputs:
• Transforming marketing ideas into innovative visual solutions
• Supervising the implementation of designs for various platforms (digital, print, campaigns)
• Ensuring innovation and innovation in artistic methods and creative direction
Integration with work teams:
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and project management teams to ensure integration of creative messaging
• Participate in creative meetings and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Supporting work teams in achieving campaign goals through distinguished artistic direction
Quality and continuous development:
• Review and approve final designs before delivery
• Follow the latest trends in design and visual arts
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and brand identity
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of design and creativity
Previous experience as an Art Director, Creative Supervisor or Senior Graphic Designer
Experience working with creative agencies or marketing and advertising companies (preferred)
Proficiency in design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of the basics of visual identity and brand building
Understand design requirements for digital platforms and social media
