Tasks and responsibilities:
Field visits:
• Carrying out periodic field visits to clients (companies, institutions, individuals)
• Provide product presentations and explain competitive advantages
Achieving sales goals:
• Implementing approved sales plans and achieving monthly and annual targets
Reporting:
• Submit daily reports on visits, results and observations
• Document customer responses and market competition
Negotiation and closing:
• Negotiating with customers on prices and terms
• Completing sales and closing deals efficiently
Customer Service:
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales
• Handling minor complaints and transferring what is necessary to the relevant department
Explore new opportunities:
• Search for new customers and expand the customer base
• Identify target markets and participate in events and exhibitions
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (marketing or business administration preferred)
At least one year of experience in sales, especially field sales
Good knowledge of the company’s products (preferably background on target market)
Knowledge of using smartphone applications to record data
