Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans in accordance with the company's strategy
- Attracting new clients and building long-term professional relationships
- Preparing technical and commercial offers and negotiating contracts
- Study the market, analyze competitors and customer needs
- Coordination with relevant departments to ensure efficient implementation of contracts
- Follow up on performance and achieve set goals
Requirements:
University qualification
Practical experience of not less than two years in one of the following fields: (facilities management - maintenance and operation - labor rental)
Previous experience in the field of labor leasing companies, human resources solutions, and facilities management is preferred
Familiarity with the labor market and related regulations
High skills in communication, negotiation and relationship building
