Job duties:
- Managing and organizing official correspondence and communicating with government and private agencies
- Coordination of meetings, official visits, events and conferences
- Preparing and coordinating PowerPoint presentations with high professionalism
- Representing the committee in some events and meetings in a way that reflects a high-level professional image
- Follow up on the agenda and appointments of the committee chairman or members
- Contributing to enhancing the committee’s image and its relationships with partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
Suitable Bachelor's degree (public relations, media, business administration or equivalent)
Intermediate experience in the field of public relations or administrative work with official bodies or important figures
Previous experience in work environments that include leaders, officials, or businessmen (a basic requirement)
Proficiency in preparing and presenting presentations with confidence and professionalism
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
High organization and excellent time management
Social intelligence and the ability to act professionally in sensitive situations and work under pressure
Strong presence and high self-confidence
Tact in speech and excellent ability to communicate with leadership figures
A resident of the city of Riyadh
