Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, scheduling and implementation of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements
- Manage daily project operations, including resource allocation, coordination with subcontractors, and supervision of work sites
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows, and progress reports to ensure financial and operational compliance.
- Implementing periodic field inspection tours to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications
- Identify project risks and work to reduce them, and address problems immediately to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project transparency
- Review and approve technical drawings, materials approvals, implementation method statements, and work programs
- Lead project teams and provide clear direction, continuous performance evaluation, and support necessary to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials and services
- Ensure that all required documents are completed accurately and on time, including project delivery files, “as-implemented” drawings, and final close-out reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or any related field
Proven experience managing medium to large scale construction or site coordination projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction operations, and site management
High leadership skills, and outstanding ability to communicate and make decisions
Ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities at the same time
Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
Fresh graduate entry level
