Objective of the job:
- Ensuring customers’ success and achieving their marketing goals by building strong relationships with them and managing their accounts on social media efficiently, in a way that enhances their satisfaction and increases the value of the services provided.
Tasks and responsibilities:
First: Customer Success:
- Follow up with customers since the start of the contract and ensure a smooth and distinguished experience
- Understanding the client’s marketing goals and converting them into clear business plans
- Continuous communication with customers and measuring their level of satisfaction
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues proactively
- Preparing periodic reports on customer performance and achieved results
- Coordinate with design, content, and advertising teams to ensure requirements are implemented
- Contributing to renewing contracts and increasing services provided to customers
Second: Social media management
- Managing customer accounts on social media platforms (such as: Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prepare plans and schedule content in accordance with the client’s identity and goals
- Supervising content creation (text - visual - video)
- Follow up the interaction and respond to comments and messages according to the client’s policy
- Monitor account performance and analyze data (reach, engagement, growth)
- Proposing campaigns and creative ideas to increase interaction and reach
- Follow trends and apply them to serve the client’s brand
Requirements:
University degree in marketing, business administration, media, or a related field
Experience in social media management or customer success
Experience with content management, scheduling, and performance analysis tools
Good understanding of digital marketing strategies
Excellent communication skills with clients and work teams
Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time
Planning, content creation, analysis, and data reading skills
