- Preparing and raising salaries accurately monthly
- Follow up on discounts and entitlements and coordinate with the financial department
“Madad” wage protection system:
- Uploading monthly salary files to the Madad platform
- Ensure that the company is committed to sending data on time
- Addressing comments or violations received from the platform in coordination with the administration
End of service:
- Calculating end-of-service benefits according to the system
- Finalizing the regulatory procedures for departing employees
External contracts:
- Follow up on contracts with companies and government departments
- Ensuring that both parties adhere to the terms and conditions
- Submitting periodic reports to management on the status of contracts
Records and files:
- Updating employee files and records
- Keep all data confidential
- Administrative support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
