- A sales manager is required to lead the sales team in the central region for a leading medical company in the Saudi market

Job duties:
• Leading and developing the sales team and achieving sales targets
• Building and expanding the customer base in the medical sector
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA regulations and approved policies
• Preparing periodic reports for senior management and analyzing the market and competitors
• Representing the company professionally to clients and partners
Requirements:
University degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, health sciences, or related specialty
At least 3 years of experience in the Saudi market, including experience in the central region
Proven experience in sales management in the medical sector (medical devices/supplies/pharmaceuticals)
Full knowledge of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and requirements, registration procedures and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with the regulations and legislation of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
Ability to develop sales plans, manage a team, achieve goals, and analyze sales performance
It has a strong network of relationships with hospitals, medical centers, pharmacy chains, and distributors in the central region
Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, sales programs and reports
Proficiency in English speaking, writing and reading
