- A marketing and sales manager is required to work for a recruitment company in Riyadh
Objective of the job:
- Leading, planning and implementing the company’s marketing strategies with the aim of strengthening the brand, increasing demand for recruitment services, and attracting new clients from individuals and companies, while adhering to the regulations and laws in force in the recruitment sector.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing the annual marketing plan in accordance with the company’s objectives
- Managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms, paid ads)
- Developing appropriate marketing content for recruitment services (contracts, professions, nationalities, packages)
- Supervising the company’s visual identity and marketing messages
- Analyze the market and competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget and measure return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to improve the customer experience and increase conversion
- Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit periodic reports to senior management
- Supervising marketing agencies and external suppliers
- Adherence to the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and statutory announcements in the recruitment sector
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4-6 years of experience in the field of marketing, preferably in the services sector or human resources and recruitment
Experience in the local market and recruitment systems (added advantage)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis
Language requirements:
English-fluent
