Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up on scheduling and renting cars and ensure their availability according to customer needs
- Ensuring the safety of cars and their regular maintenance before and after rental
- Follow up on the receipt and delivery of cars and ensure that the required documents are completed
- Directing and following up on the performance of leasing employees, technicians and assistants in the branch
- Train new employees and ensure they understand policies and procedures
- Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving any problems or complaints quickly and effectively
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on the branch’s performance, and following up on key performance indicators
- Monitor operational risks and take preventive measures to avoid problems
- Follow up on compliance with legal and traffic regulations related to rented cars
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years of experience in the field of car rental
