Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up on the operation of the fleet of vehicles designated for transportation and ensure its permanent readiness
- Monitor flight scheduling and ensure punctuality
- Manage the booking of cars and drivers and distribute resources effectively
- Lead and direct the team of drivers and operations staff to ensure high level performance
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop strategies to reduce operational costs and increase fleet efficiency
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance and schedule preventive repairs to ensure continuity of operation
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them quickly and effectively
- Preparing periodic reports on the performance of operations, fleet and costs
- Follow up on compliance with legal and traffic regulations related to transportation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in managing transportation operations in the car rental sector
Ability to analyze data and make effective operational decisions
