Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up and finalize transactions with government agencies (passports, Ministry of Human Resources, municipality, etc.)
- Monitoring and preparing the company’s vehicle itinerary
- Coordinating with central workshops and following up on car maintenance
- Monitoring employee housing and supervising its organization
- Monitoring license expiration dates and renewals
- Supervising the processes of attracting and appointing workers
- Preparing periodic reports on the status of transactions
Requirements:
Good knowledge of government platforms and related systems
