- Preparing and implementing purchasing plans and policies in accordance with the company’s needs
- Follow up on inventory and determine reorder levels in coordination with the relevant departments
- Develop an annual procurement strategy that reduces costs and increases supply efficiency
- Searching for new suppliers, evaluating them, and approving them according to standards of quality, price, and commitment
- Requesting quotations, analyzing them, and negotiating to reach the best commercial terms
- Issuing purchase orders and approving them according to internal policies
- Follow up on delivery dates and ensure that purchases arrive on time and with the required specifications
- Negotiating long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure price stability and quality service
- Preparing periodic reports on purchases and suppliers and following up on inventory levels
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or similar specialty
3-5 years of experience in the field of procurement
Experience in negotiation, supply and contract management
