- Prepare plans for teaching and learning programs, prepare them, and present them effectively to all students in the relevant groups and grades
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school goals and school plans
- Participate in creating and maintaining a supportive school environment
- Assist in managing and developing the school’s staff and resources to ensure that they are used in a manner that meets educational, school and ministerial objectives
