Job Description:
- Assist customers, display products, make sales, and maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, while adhering to excellent customer service and policies
Essential tasks and responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Receiving and welcoming customers
- Understand the client's needs and provide appropriate suggestions
- Responding to customer inquiries about products, prices and offers
- Solve customer problems or escalate them to the administrator when needed
Sales:
- Displaying products and highlighting their features to convince the customer to buy
- Achieving sales goals set by management
- Carrying out sales operations using the cashier
- Follow up with customers after purchase when needed (especially in large stores)
Organization and arrangement of the shop:
- Arranging shelves and coordinating products
- Ensure that the correct prices are on the products
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the displays and shop floor
- Ensure the availability of stock on the shelves and refill them periodically
Inventory management:
- Receiving new merchandise and arranging it in the warehouse or shelves
- Conduct periodic inventory counts
- Report missing or damaged products
Adherence to store policies:
- Commitment to quality and customer service policies
- Commitment to attendance and departure times
- Maintaining the general appearance and uniform of the store
Additional tasks:
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports
- Follow up on customer feedback and improve customer experience
