- A secretary or secretary is required to work for a real estate development company in Riyadh

Tasks and responsibilities:
* Receiving visitors and clients, welcoming them and directing them to the competent person
* Manage and organize appointment schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings
* Answer and forward official phone calls and emails as needed
* Completing external transactions and tasks and reviewing relevant authorities outside the company’s headquarters upon request
* Preparing and drafting official letters, memorandums, and minutes of meetings
* Save and archive the company’s files and documents (paper and electronic) for easy reference
* Coordination between different departments to ensure effective workflow
* Follow up on daily administrative tasks and ensure the availability of office supplies
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in (Business Administration - Secretarial) or equivalent
At least one year of experience in the field of secretarial or administrative work
Complete and applied proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and Google Drive services and the ability to manage cloud files
Good level of English
Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Tactful, organized personality, and can handle work pressure
Flexibility in work, and willingness to work outside the city of Riyadh if work interests require it
