- A logistics services manager is required to work for Al-Mumayazah Logistics Services Company
- Work location: Dammam City - Al-Ummal City District - First Street - Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Street
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Daily operations management: Complete supervision of the home delivery process, starting from receiving the order until final delivery to the customer, to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Fleet and Delegate Management: Build and manage a team of delivery representatives, develop training programs, and ensure they adhere to service and safety standards.
• Optimize cost and efficiency: Analyze delivery routes and use technology to reduce operational costs and improve delivery times
• Managing the relationship with platforms: Managing the technical and commercial relationship with external delivery platforms to ensure smooth integration and exploitation of available opportunities
• Problem Solving: Deal with and resolve complex logistical and operational challenges promptly (e.g. delegate shortages, vehicle breakdowns, system delays)
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field
Knowledge of the main delivery platforms and applications operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (such as Jahez, 2U, Hungerstation, Mrsool, or private delivery platforms)
At least 3 years of experience in managing logistics and delivery operations
