- A branch manager is required to work at Lucas Lubricants service centers, supervising the work team and ensuring the best level of service is provided to customers
- Working in the city of Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province
Basic tasks:
* Follow up on the readiness of the branch and equipment and provide operational materials
* Supervising technicians and following up on the quality of service implementation
* Receiving customers, processing their comments, and achieving their satisfaction
* Follow up on daily sales and adhere to payment and billing procedures
* Monitoring inventory, ordering materials when needed, and matching quantities
* Implement policies and procedures and report to management
* Coordinating with company departments and following up on maintenance and operational needs
* Controlling attendance and departure and maintaining general discipline
Requirements:
Experience in operations management and a good understanding of the field of cars and types of oils
Previous experience in managing branches or maintenance centers
Good knowledge of cars and types of oils used
Skills in communication, leadership and organization
Ability to handle work pressure and make decisions
