- A real estate marketer is required to work in Mecca
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Promoting real estate projects and units (residential | commercial) through various channels (electronic platforms | social media | exhibitions)
- Communicate with potential clients and build long-term professional relationships.
- Providing sales and rent offers to customers and conducting field tours of properties when needed
- Analyzing the real estate market and studying competitors to identify suitable opportunities
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing
- Continuous follow-up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and build a distinguished reputation for the company
- Participate in marketing campaigns and sponsored advertisements in coordination with the Digital Marketing Department
- Achieving the sales goals set by management according to the business plan
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate marketing
Proficiency in using computers and digital marketing programs
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and its trends
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Preferably someone with a driving license and a car
A resident of Mecca
