- Develop preventive and periodic maintenance plans for the entire fleet and follow up on their implementation
- Supervising the treatment of sudden malfunctions and ensuring they are repaired as quickly as possible
- Follow up on maintenance records and ensure they are updated continuously
- Communicating with approved maintenance workshops and spare parts companies and negotiating with them
- Evaluating suppliers’ performance and ensuring their commitment to quality, prices and time
- Review and approve quotations and maintenance invoices
- Supervising technicians, mechanics, movement and maintenance officials
- Monitor the car budget and reduce unnecessary costs
- Follow up on the dates of periodic inspection, insurance and maintenance
- Ensure that branches adhere to vehicle operation and maintenance policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in the car rental sector
Knowledge of maintenance systems and fleet management software
