- Supervise and control daily production activities according to the production plan
- Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and safely
- Monitor production output, cycle times, and material usage to achieve targets
- Ensure proper setup and changeover of molds, dies, or extrusion tools as required
- Adjust machine settings for quality or efficiency improvements
- Recommend corrective actions for recurring production or operator issues
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators and technicians
- Ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards
- Ensure correct raw materials and color masterbatches are used as per production order
- Prepare and submit daily production reports (output, downtime, waste, manpower)
- Resolve minor machine issues and operator errors on the floor
Requirements:
Strong Mechanical aptitude and Trouble shooting skills in Thermforming process
Ability to read and interpret Technical Documents and blue prints
