- Determine the company’s needs for materials and services and communicate with suppliers
- Request quotes and compare prices and quality
- Follow up on purchases and ensure that materials are received on time
- Preparing contracts and purchase agreements according to company policies
- Follow up on inventory and coordinate with different departments to meet their needs
- Updating purchase records and periodic reports for company management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the cafes and restaurants sector
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of the basics of inventory and supplier management
