- A marketer for cleaning and maintenance services is required to work in Mecca
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Marketing cleaning and maintenance services (real estate | commercial | industrial) for individual and corporate clients
- Searching for new customers and expanding the existing customer base
- Preparing marketing and commercial offers and sending them to potential customers
- Continuous communication with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordination with operating teams to confirm service quality and follow up on customer satisfaction after implementation
- Contributing to the preparation of marketing plans and campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department
- Attending client meetings and presentations and participating in specialized events and exhibitions
- Preparing periodic reports on performance and sales and submitting them to senior management
Requirements:
Previous experience in the field of marketing, preferably in the services or cleaning and maintenance sector
Proficiency in using computers and digital marketing programs such as CRM - Excel - social media
Ability to achieve sales goals under work pressure
High skills in communication, persuasion and negotiation
Courtesy and good professional appearance
Preferably someone with a driving license and own car
