General objective of the job:
- Ensuring that all daily operations are conducted with high efficiency in accordance with company standards, by directly supervising performance and providing the necessary resources to subordinates. This role aims to achieve periodic objectives set by senior management, improve customer satisfaction levels, and maintain the safety of operational facilities
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various teams (sales, training, cleaning and maintenance, marketing) to ensure the achievement of periodic goals, apply the optimal distribution of tasks and requirements and link employees to each other.
- Design and document the sales process flow (from lead generation to closing), supervise the customer relationship management (CRM) system and follow up on subscriptions, direct communication and telephone applications.
- Supervising the team of female coaches and the approved training programs for each game, and ensuring the implementation of training regulations and instructions to ensure the quality of the team’s training performance in a way that increases the quality of service.
- Monitoring and implementing procedures for the safety of facilities and housing, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of equipment, and adhering to instructions regarding conduct, electricity, periodic maintenance, and room division and distribution.
- Supervising the customer relations team and ensuring their rapid access to reservation systems and effective communication skills, which raises the level of service evaluation, and monitoring team performance indicators (such as response rate) and quality of interaction.
- Manage shift schedules for work teams to ensure constant coverage at all operating times, resolve complex customer issues (including complaints), and devise additional programs to effectively cover facilities and assets
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports (sales performance, facility occupancy, customer quality, customer turnover, safety, maintenance) to provide accurate operational and administrative analysis to senior management for evaluation and decision-making.
- Follow up on the periodic needs of operational inventory (tools, stationery, maintenance, tools, clothing and store inventory), manage the monthly financial custody, and submit proposals to management regarding offers and discounts.
