A public relations secretary is required to work for one of the national committees in Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating meeting schedules, invitations, and committee correspondence
- Preparing and drafting reports, speeches, and minutes of meetings professionally
- Preparing advanced presentations using PowerPoint
- Organizing paper and electronic files and archiving documents
- Communicating with government and private agencies and following up on administrative needs
- Using artificial intelligence and ChatGPT tools in preparing content and reports
- Follow up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations and submit periodic reports
- Representing the committee with tact, good appearance, and strong presence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Public Relations or a similar specialty
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
Professional use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Good knowledge of using artificial intelligence tools
Strong administrative writing and report drafting skills
High tact and strong personality
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
