• Supervise daily receipt, storage, and issuance operations of raw materials
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure their accuracy on an ongoing basis
• Conduct periodic stocktaking and reconcile results with the system
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Production departments to ensure material availability when needed
• Ensure proper handling of materials, including numbering, classification, and storage
• Follow up on loading and unloading operations and reconcile quantities with delivery and receipt documents
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area
• Maintain and review records such as receipt and issuance notes, and stocktaking reports
• Ensure materials are stored according to proper environmental conditions
• Implement quality, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the Quality department for sampling and inspection of materials before issuance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory status
• Apply occupational safety instructions and ensure compliance within the warehouse
• Propose and implement solutions to improve work efficiency and reduce errors
• Report any incidents or observations related to safety or quality
• Perform any other duties related to the position
