Job description:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Legal Consultation: Assistance in preparing legal advice for clients on various legal issues, such as contracts, intellectual property, and criminal cases.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to cases to support lawyers in providing appropriate legal advice
- Litigation: Assistance in preparing pleadings and representation before courts and legal bodies under the supervision of a licensed lawyer
Negotiate: Supporting lawyers in negotiating settlements and legal agreements with other parties to achieve the best results for clients.
- Preparation of legal documents (Draft): Assist in preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, memorandums, appeals, and legal requests.
- Communicate: Maintain effective communication with clients, provide updates on the progress of cases and answer their inquiries.
- Ensuring the quality of outputs (Quality Assurance): Contributing to improving work and ensuring the quality of legal outputs through careful review and continuous evaluation.
- Time Management: Organizing and managing time effectively to ensure that tasks are completed within the specified dates

Requirements:
  • Obtaining a degree in Sharia, regulations or law
  • Previous experience in legal training or working in law firms (an added advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically to solve legal problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
