Tasks and responsibilities:
- Legal Consultation: Providing legal advice to clients on various legal matters, including contracts, intellectual property, criminal cases, and others.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to particular issues to ensure the best legal advice is provided
- Litigation: Representing clients before courts and legal bodies, presenting pleadings and defending their rights in various cases.
Negotiate: Negotiating settlements and legal agreements with other parties to achieve the best results for clients
- Preparing legal documents (Draft): Preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, memorandums, appeals, and legal requests.
- Communicate: Maintain effective communication with clients, provide updates on the progress of cases and answer their inquiries.
- Ensuring the quality of the outputs (Quality Assurance): Improving the work and ensuring the quality of the legal outputs provided through careful review and continuous evaluation
- Client Acquisition: Developing strategies to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure the specified revenue is achieved
- Team Management: Leading and managing the legal work team, distributing tasks, and providing support and guidance to ensure the achievement of common goals

Requirements:
License to practice law from the Ministry of Justice
6 years experience
Previous experience practicing law, preferably in specific areas such as commercial law, or financial law
Experience managing legal teams and guiding members to achieve common goals
The ability to attract new contracts and develop relationships with customers to increase revenues
