Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receive calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Making calls to customer service and confirming appointments and orders
- Entering data and updating customer information into the system
- Dealing with comments and complaints in a tactful and professional manner
- Coordination with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
At least one year of practical experience in managing or coordinating the work of medical clinics
Previous experience in call centers or customer service is preferred
Ability to deal with medical and administrative staff in a professional manner
High skill in organization, planning and supervision
Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
Tactfulness, good dealing, and working under pressure
