- A female employee or cashier is required to work in a restaurant in Al-Ahsa Governorate
- Type of work: Full time (8 hours per day, taking into account split shifts)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving customers and providing fast and friendly service
- Accurately managing cash and electronic payment operations
- Issuing invoices and giving receipts to customers
- Follow up and review daily accounts and record sales
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding accounts or services
- Report any technical problems or material shortages
Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma (preferably previous experience in the field of hospitality or restaurants)
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems (training will be considered as needed)
Good mathematical skills and speed in dealing with numbers
Tactfulness in dealing with customers and good appearance
Proficiency in Arabic (English is an added advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and cooperate with the team
Adherence to deadlines and internal policies
