- A business development manager is required to work for Al Majal Company in Al Khobar
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Business Administration.
Professional certifications (IFMA, MEFMA, BICSc, etc.) are an added advantage
7 - 10 years of proven experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector
Strong background in both hard services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, security, catering)
Strong understanding of facilities management processes, bids, and proposals within the Saudi market, including Saudization requirements, local regulations, and workforce-related cost impacts
Experience in B2B sales and developing long-term relationships with the government, semi-government and private sectors
Ability to create sales strategies, generate leads, manage pipelines, and negotiate high value facility management contracts
Strong commercial awareness with knowledge of cost estimation, pricing strategies and P&L
Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR and Procurement teams to prepare competitive bids
Proficiency in Arabic and English
