- An executive secretary is required to work in the city of Riyadh - Al-Fayhaa district
Job duties:
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and following up on their implementation
- Receiving communications and organizing paper and electronic correspondence
- Preparing and printing simple letters and reports
- Arranging files and keeping them organized
- Providing general administrative support to senior management
- Carrying out any other tasks related to administrative work
Requirements:
High school diploma as a minimum
Proficiency in using computers and basic office programs (Word - Excel - Outlook)
Good appearance and tact in dealing
Ability to organize and handle work pressure
