Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating doctors and patients’ appointments and managing the clinic schedule
- Receiving and welcoming patients and providing an explanation of cosmetic and dermatological services
- Follow up after sessions and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to inquiries and organizing communication between the doctor and the patient
- Assisting the medical team in implementing simple procedures when needed
Requirements:
At least one year of practical experience in managing or coordinating the work of medical clinics
Practical experience of not less than one year in the field of dermatology or cosmetics
Familiarity with reservation and appointment management programs
High skill in organization, planning and supervision
Ability to deal with medical and administrative staff in a professional manner
Ability to work within a professional team and under work pressure
