Tasks:
- Supervising the daily workflow within the clinic and ensuring the smooth flow of services
- Follow up on the performance of the administrative and medical staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordination between the various departments (reception - doctors - accounting - quality...)
- Monitoring the level of patient satisfaction and working to develop the auditors’ experience
- Follow up appointments, schedules, and operational statistics periodically
- Supervision within the clinic (attendance, evaluation, training)
- Submitting periodic reports to senior management on performance, quality and productivity
- Contribute to the implementation of quality and accreditation standards such as CBAHI
Requirements:
At least one year of practical experience in managing or coordinating the work of medical clinics
Proficiency in using computer programs and clinic management systems
Ability to deal with medical and administrative staff in a professional manner
Skill in preparing reports and administrative follow-up
High skill in organization, planning and supervision
Courtesy, good appearance, and good dealing with customers and clients
