- Pricing of parts not included in the system
- Search for unavailable parts and find suitable alternatives
- Responding to inquiries from the customer service team
- Follow up on customer complaints with suppliers
- Coordinating and following up on the process of returning parts to suppliers
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Basic skills in computer use and data entry
Strong communication skills
