• Managing the daily operations of the nursery and following up on the implementation of policies and procedures
• Supervising the preparation and implementation of educational plans and early enrichment and development programmes
• Follow up on the safety and security of children inside and outside the nursery buildings
• Supervising the staff of teachers and assistants, and evaluating their performance periodically
• Continuous communication with parents to ensure their satisfaction with the level of educational and pastoral services
• Ensuring full compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources regulations related to nurseries
• Developing internal training programs for nursery employees and raising their efficiency
• Coordination with external parties (such as civil defense, health, human resources, education)
Requirements:
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in education, kindergarten, or educational administration
At least 3 years of experience in managing a nursery or kindergarten
